snippets and exports (developments)
"The Cliff Jump" at end of video clip
The walkway at end of video clip
The walkway at end of video clip
first walkway sunk into ground (angles over time while u walk up)
first walkway at begginning when not sunk into ground (angles over time while u walk up)
The flahing colours and moving blocks animation
secound scene in clip when model emerges from black background

Problem can be seen here that when taking from SU to EC patterns and colours would change
Original animation plan of attack was to have moving pathways, had to go back into SU to line up blocks percisely (I went against this idea as it made for boring animation)
Whilst adjusting above in SU decided to re-align in a staggered manner insteda of all in rows
same as above
trying different colours
At the begginning of the term re-built the model.. scraped it as it looks like something from an old school alien spaceship show
In sketch up colours working well

100 words to express design ideas and intensions
My design’s form originated from the concept of composition/proportion. This design caught my interest when it was inhabited with a figure sitting on the form as if they were a set of steps. This is the theme/scale I want to carry through into E.C. I also want the design to be influenced by an area - like ones psyche – that is riddled with steps here and there, where top can be bottom and vice versa. As you move through the form I want the different sections to connect with the others to create a pathway but then return back to their original positions.
